The First Titanomachy Hades was very skilled in navigating under the earth, was able to lead them all into Tartarus (through a network of Underworld tunnels). There, imprisoned in the maximum-security zone, surrounded by huge bronze walls, and a lava moat, guarded fierce demons, were the Elder Cyclopes and Hekatonkheires. Their guardian, Kampê, was the most ferocious and fearsome monster in all of Tartarus, and even Poseidon, Hades, and Zeus initially shuddered with horror when they saw the infernal monster for the first time. However, the gods overcame their fear, and were able to sneak in. Zeus managed to talk to the Cyclopes Brontes, and convinced him to forge powerful weapons for him and his siblings behind Kampê's back. The three Elder Cyclopes forged three incredibly powerful weapons: the Master Bolt (for Zeus), the Trident (for Poseidon), and the Helm of Darkness (for Hades). To end Women's month with the one of the greatest superheroines (one of my favorite) named Wonder Woman.Wonder Woman is a superhero from DC comics who has her own series as well as being a regular member of the Justice League, she is an Amazon princess who fights crime with aid from her bulletproof wristbands, magical lasso and superhuman-strength. Molded from clay by her mother, Queen Hippolyta, Princess Diana was bestowed with powers and abilities from the Greek gods and goddesses, and trained by her fellow Amazons on the paradise island, Themyscira, to use her powers carefully - even though Princess Diana bested them in battle. When Colonel Steve Trevor crash landed on Paradise Island, Hippolyta was instructed by the Goddesses Athena and Aphrodite to hold a contest to see which Amazon would accompany Steve back to "Man's World" to fight evil, because entities were spreading deceit, enmity, contempt, and discord. I posted the creation of the season: Persephone and Hades getting together without her mother, Demeter knowing. This post is from Demeter's point of view.   Demeter is Greek Goddess of Agriculture, Nature and Harvest. The goddess Demeter is one of the most generous of the great Olympian goddesses.  The Goddess Demeter is beloved for her service to mankind in giving them the gift of the harvest, the reward for cultivation of the soil. Demeter was credited with teaching humans how to grow, preserve, and prepare grain. Demeter  was responsible for the fertility of the land. She and her sisters, Hera and Hestia, was the only one of the Greek goddesses who was involved on a day-to-day basis in the lives of the common folk.  While other gods occasionally "dabbled" in human affairs when it suited their personal interests, or came to the aid of "special" mortals or demigods they favored, the Goddess Demeter was truly the nurturer of mankind. If you had family drama; yours don't compare with Olympians. They were the first soap opera drama. As gods, the Olympians, and in particular the twelve council members have extremely diverse personality traits that match with the realms and /or concepts that they represent. For instance, Zeus is typically stern, to the point, often abrupt, and authoritative, which coincides with his being the Ruler of the Sky and the Gods. His sister, Demeter, on the other hand is shown to have a motherly, picky, overbearing demeanor with an excessive obsession with her daughter, agriculture and related products. Hades can be bitter and resentful or calm and serene, which many humans typically view as an attitude appropriate to the dead. The twelve main Olympians do share several traits however.
